What to have prepared:

To ensure you are prepared to complete the application, please have the following information ready prior to starting the application process:

  • Previous employment information (dates of employment, salary information, name of supervisor, company contact information)
  • List of three professional references (name, relationship, contact information)
  • Resume and Cover Letter (optional, must be uploaded as a single file)
Please note that documents submitted separately via e-mail or another medium will not be considered. Any documents you wish to submit during the application process must be included in the same file as your resume and cover letter.

A draft of your application will remain active for 24 hours. During this period of time, you will be able to edit information on any of the application pages. Your draft will expire after 24 hours of activity. Changes may not be made to an application once the application is submitted.

What to expect:

During the application process, you will be given the opportunity to submit an application for one or more active positions. There is no restriction to the number of positions you may apply for, however we ask that you only submit one application per position.

Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by the Department of Human Resources. Qualified candidates will be forwarded to the hiring manager, who will coordinate the selection of highly qualified candidates to be invited for an interview. Interviews may take place via telephone, Skype, on-site at our main campus in Redlands, or at one of our regional campuses.

**PLEASE NOTE** Incomplete applications will not be considered. Information on your resume does not supersede any incomplete application fields (e.g. references, previous work experience, scope of responsibilities, etc.)
